I come from a long line of healthcare providers in my family, with my journey beginning in the dental field at the age of 15. I thrived in the role as a licensed dental assistant for 12 years before deciding to pursue a career in which I could provide care to patients directly. I was passionate about the “hands on” nature of dentistry and was becoming more passionate about learning holistic approaches to health and wellness. I was encouraged by my sister to consider a chiropractic career as she had served as a chiropractic assistant for several years and was able to recognize that my passion for hands-on work and holistic healthcare would flourish as a chiropractor. After touring the UWS campus in 2016 and learning about the chiropractic program, I made the move from California to Washougal, Washington to begin my educational journey.
I graduated in 2020 with honors from the University of Western States (UWS) where I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic. My practice is driven by a passion to help patients to become active participants in their care and take charge of their health. I want patients to be able to understand their symptoms, how their body works and how we can work together to manage symptoms and resolve acute and chronic problems. I want to keep you active in all of the various things you love to do! I believe that given the right support using chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue therapy, lifestyle coaching, and rehab–we can get the most out of our bodies. I utilize various chiropractic techniques (diversified, drop table, activator, ArthroStim, Atlas Orthogonal) which are tailored to each individual patient, their needs and goals for care.
When not in the clinic, I can be found walking trails with my pup Lola, perusing Costco for samples and sales or dancing in the kitchen cooking up a storm!
