50 Mile Hike 2015

During the 2nd week of August, we closed the office so I could do a 50 mile hike. The hike took 5 days and it turned out to be 52 miles total. We started at Timberline Lodge at Mt. Hood and finished at Eagle Creek near the Columbia River. We hiked mostly along the Pacific Crest Trail. There were many breath-taking views. Here are some photos from the trek! I love hiking! It is great exercise, you see views and places only accessible by foot, and you can “detach” from the electronic world.

About the Author:

I am a chiropractor who specializes in headaches and vertigo. I’ve had so many people come into my office with chronic headaches that won’t go away. They’ve tried the pills, they’ve tried the nerve blocks, they’ve tried massage. Some even have tried other chiropractors. Many of my patients tell me the headache and dizziness are gone after one treatment. My goal is to help everyone feel their best.
